Local business people network and enjoy a fun-filled evening of 'shop talk.'

Local business people gathered at the new prestigious Fish Eagle Bay Estate this past Tuesday to kick off the new year with an evening of business networking. The 'Boerrie Braai', as the events has come to be known, is a great place to mingle with all the other business owners in town and to swop ideas with fellow colleagues. The event is a firm favourite among local business people and is held each month.

Addressing a crowd of over 80 people, Executive Mayor Lulama Mvimbi, said  “Plettenberg Bay is a town of contrasts – on the one hand we advantaged people and on the other hand we have disadvantaged people. He said, “we have to bridge the divide between those. We need a middle-class in Plett.”

He urged all business people to work together for the common good of the community.
